Gugakip you are correct on not being able to change it. They say it set by the Bitcoin network and they get none of the fees. I tried it yesterday and it's not. It could be that instead of btc addrerss, we have to enter email address. Waiting for their reply. There you can make deposits, withdrawals, hold altcoins in their internal wallets, exchange them for other altcoins or even lend them for an interest. Interestingly, it's based in USA and according to their Terms, the only restricition for USA residents is this one: You also represent and warrant that you are not a resident of the State of New York. I think merchants should start adopting coinbase or xapo to reduce the BTC transaction fees, which is just rising.
