Exactly the same, you just have to send the money to your Bitcoin/Litecoin deposit address from your hardware wallet.

@domingoX6 thanks. it means i can deposit on btc & ltc by given address by mtv does it also mean that i can send crypto via exchange to address given by mtv?

Any amount you send from anywhere to your deposit address will be added to your account, it can be an online wallet, hardware wallet, exchange, faucet, etc.
