It's about laws. I tried to start a website where everyone can earn money, i asked my lawyer and he tells me you can't do this it's illegal for at least 5 reasons. I guess with MTV shares system we have a big problem of legality because they are not real or you shoud change the name. Shares are a part of the company, you need to sign documents for this and you don't right now. Investments Plans are not a problem since they haven't Ponzi scheme anymore but need probably some special status like bank. And for the games MTV need to have a casino license.
