@MarcdeKoning, I can say the basic things like I did with my previous post and like I'm trying to do in the post of Mistergreen about taxes.  But further than that I may not go, we have to sign documents at university which says that if we say something about legal issues we always need to say we are just a student and may not do real legal work ( sanction is being kicked out of university). And even than it would be quite dangerous to let those things do by a student because after our study we need to do another three years of training to become a lawyer to learn the practical things like writing conclusions, writing terms,... and that under supervision of a licensed lawyer.  MTV is just to big, that has to be done by professionals, the only thing I can do is giving advise such as consult a law firm instead of a single lawyer because all of the things MTV is looking for are specialized issues for as far as I've a view on what they exactly want. And if there are any doubts for MTV where to go to I can try to help for as far as I may go. Advising to go to a lawyer/ law firm ( and which branch) is luckely still allowed.

@ dguy I'm a Belgian so it's quite difficult to give refferals to Jo, who lives in Spain. But I can give a couple of big international law firms which are located in basically every country in the world (mostly the capitols). Those will have all the specialists needed and the big advantage is if they are unsure about par example the legal law of New Zealand where MTV is situated, they can just call their office there, where they have a specialist on the tax law of New Zealand.

If Jo wants that, I can give a couple of names but most of them can prety quick be found and reached through their website.

Very good news
, It been awhile since I expect to be in a program with legal conditions, it will change me  of games revshares/matrix that I knew on  MMG forum

don't forget to ask   to your lawyer
, if providing casino games or games in general is legally Authorized or if you need a gaming license or not, I ask myself this question for some time

anyway i'm really  happy MTV / PV begins its transformation from a lambda site to a leader website wink

I left a comment on the Payment Depot facebook page asking if they could find some one to help in the search for a lawyer.

I got a small programming request.

When we navigate through our commissions log, we can only go through 2 pages at a time. It can be VERY long when someone as many referrals.

Could you add a box to put the page we want to go straight ahead? This feature could be apply to referrals page also.

Thanks

Given my last post about 'Legality and the Taxman' one can imagine I'm quite euphoric reading about this next step of MTV, its 'formalization' smile It's going to cost us a good dollar but its worth it. Being established formally will attract more and bigger investors and open up a new range of possibilities.

Great news.... especially the aspect of us getting a law firm abroad so as to advise us on legal matters. I think we all support the motion.

@ getter, MisterGreen, Marcdekoning and many others who have been in one way or the other... pushing forward this motion of legality and taxman. Amazing contribution from you guys.

I love this community... not only is it a platform to make your money grow but also, a place to grow intellectually. This feels right, it feels good grin

I think higher credibility and legality will help us bring in more serious advertisers (like big commercial ones)

The legal pursuit is a bit simpler than it sounds... we're not fighting some huge legal battle. All we're looking for is someone to take over what Carlos is already doing.

Just write up some T&C, fill out / send off various bits of paperwork to form offshore holding companies (to keep us tax free) , and then send those to the payment processors. So we can setup an account with them.

Initially, it's just someone to start opening doors for us. Later on we'll try to lock down every aspect of what we do to make it all water tight. But that's for another day; we'll need a lot more money for that!

  • This company is already located in Auckland NZ and is a LDT so dont need any international tax and law lawyers . The company dont pay big taxes maybe not even any. They have i think alrady a lawyer for the address . Mailbox. The regulations for a LDT are verry simple, a LDT is the cheapest way to open a company . That is a international legal way.

I dont think google will accept us. Ashame, as that'd likely make us a fortune with our traffic & googles super high pay per click rates.

@Jo it's worth to try at least contacting them and trying to get something out of it.

Also is there any release date for poker (multiplayer one), eg. sometime in January or so?

Domen, I know about the fees, but you could send your ref $2 to cover paypal's and PV's fees and he could invest the reamining ~$1 on his own smile
