We have had a very rough time lately (financially) and we have been focused on a number of larger projects like Sumo Roll, Paidverts and Warclicks. Soon it will all be very clear what we have been working on. -- Programming update: Another Sumo Roll game-release was deployed. This time we managed to introduce referral system which should be quite handy in order to enlarge game community. During last week we focused on finishing touches like various adjustments (from visual layer to feature logic) and testing to keep the application bug free. After a few days since deployment it seems that we achieved that. Below are bigger changes which was made during the last week: - introduced build-in system share link copying - updated Unity Mobile Ads Plugin, - adjusted validators for player and referrer, - adjusted broadcast receiver manifest, - fixed notification slide up/slide down handling, - added condition to android redirect route - adjusted migrations, - added handling milestones prize type, - added sending referral point commission to the application We were also investigating "Payeer suspicious deposit" case, analysed logs and reviewed general security of mtv. --- MyMatrix.io progress: -Last week development was focused mainly on general Matrix functionality started earlier. Marc saved this company from going scam. Just because it not turn into a billion dollar company yet is no reason to replace him. If you fire all the programmers that you say are draining our funds. How is anything go to get done so we can make more money. Cause we all know Paidverts, MTV by themselves does not cut it. So if you fire the programmers all the other companies would have to be shut down as there would be no one to keep the programming updated so maybe you saved a few thousand dollar in the short term but in the long term you just destroyed the company. Yes the deal with Brian was a major mistake but Marc learned from that and hopefully will not repeat that one again. Anyway what is the major breaking point for you right now that you want to replace Marc? Like a real business there is trial and error. Some trials are hits, others are not. We are constantly working on cleaning up areas of accounting to save what is possible. You may have formed an opinion drawn from your own self-perceived level of expertise, however there are facts you miss that make your statement not entirely true here. Etc That was not as much as you think in the big picture. It happens, businesses place trust sometimes in the wrong areas. Who lost in the end because of this? Marc mostly so I don't see why you need to create a song and dance over a couple of relatively small mistakes. They happen in real businesses all the time. Personally feel the way mistakes are handled to minimise another one is far more important. After all we are still here copping flack and occasionally support from the crowd even after the bumps in the road so I fail to see why this has lead you to the next crazy idea being any less a mistake than Marc has made. There are many things the crowd say. Sometime's they're right, sometimes they're not. Not always easy defining the members opinions who are here to help or who are here to see it fail.  Marc got rid Jo Crook, for that we are forever grateful but that's then...this is now.  Might be time to try someone else. Personally consider this idea especially at this stage given another waste of time and money exercise. Maybe go trial these ideas you have in your own business to find what you are looking for if you really do not share the vision here. Marc is THE reason we even have MTV still alive and having seen from 2014 until now I doubt there would be many who have the passion, drive and dedication he has to making this business turn into something great for everyone.  I may be silent often here, however I am an observer more than I am a talker and I sure haven't recognised anyone from the crowd outstanding enough to show they could do better job than Marc has given what he has had to work with. Replacing Marc with someone less known to everyone and as a result of being lesser known would have questionable integrity? I can't see a more pointless exercise to replace someone we trust with someone unknown.  Many business people I know would have lacked enough heart for members to cut the losses and shut MTV long ago irrespective of the crowd instead of working tooth and nail to create ways to pay back members that suffered from past stuff ups that were caused by others as he has been consistently doing since he came on board. You also see it online all the time when rocky ground is hit, sites shut and all the members in at the wrong time lose. Marc evaluates everything, brainstorms more ideas than you can imagine and keeps working so members can eventually be repaid.  I sincerely doubt anyone new would have the people's returns from previous management mistakes held in as high regard or importance to deal with.  Its been a long road, but we're on the right one.  bigbadmoose Traffic Value: $520.60691 United States 2 like this post 0 people 01/06/2017 23:30 Yes Missy like one site did in the past sold out/changed names. sold out/changed names again. Then finally said ok here the deal we will make you. We will give you a percent of what you should have earned with the first site as long as you invest new money into the new site. The ration was something totally off the map. it was like 1000/1 or something like that dont remember exactly anymore as that was years ago. Then just recently another site just shut down told us it would was not making money because advertisers did not like it program. actual a very long running company. It promised to pay anyone that had reached the minimum withdrawal amount when it could over the next few months. Serious doubt i will ever see any money from it. Will not even go in to all the paidverts copy cats i lost money in back in the day. While i will give Marc hell once in awhile for some of his choices. I am happy he stuck with it and is trying to make this company into what we all dreamed it would be. Has it been easy nope. There alot of things that i am sure Marc wishes he could change. Like some of the wasteful habits of our previous leader. I still say if Marc would have been in charge when the offices started opening they would have come out alot cheaper then what Jo spent on them because he had to have the best of the best. Marc has always seem to me like the kind of guy that would buy something that would do the job for the time being and worry about upgrading it at a later time.
