Right! I've spent all morning clearing the PayPal cashouts. So they're done... I'll wrap up the remaining cashouts throughout the day.

Programmers are currently working on the following:
- Bugs, Database Stuff & Backup Process
- Chatrooms
- 2 Factor Authentication (Google Authenticator)
- Ad Timer Extensions Upgrade
- Sharebuyback portfolio product
- Marketplace to buy/sell your FTQ investments

Now... We are about to modify the PaidVerts Bulk Ads system a little bit (as fast as the programmers are able)... And for two reasons; 1) To make the system a little bit more sustainable. 2) To solve our issue of pending ad deliveries / ad delivery times for Bulk Ad purchases.

I propose charging an additional $0.05 per ad pack. So ads will now cost $1.05 for the same 50 visits + banners + 3100 BAP... This $0.05 will automatically generate the following ads, issued completely at random:

1 x $0.02
2 x $0.005
10 x $0.001
20 x $0.0005

Thereby, we will reduce the PV debt requirement from 2.5x down to 2.4x ... and that will reduce even further (by an unknown degree) as some of those 33 random ads inevitably recycle. And furthermore, we will effectively instantly deliver 33/50 ads per dollar purchased within 24-48hours most likely... And the remaining 17 visits are made available for our daily ad issues, 1% ads, SUU ads etc.

* This should also reduce my need to issue random ads each day. And these ads will roll out continuously throughout the day (as ad purchases come in)... so it should distribute the load much better. You won't suddenly be landed with 50 or 100 ads as I get around to sending out the random issues... you'll instead get a few ads per hour hopefully.

Now, I have been looking at the 186% and 250% plans, to see if we can improve those. As currently they require the portfolio products to return 3.63x ROI on every product we build. That's perfectly doable at this stage, but as the business scales, and we develop less software, and get into more physical business / real estate. A 3.63x requirement is fairly high, and will tke a long time to realize. So that may add pressure to the system. For which; let's take that pressure off in advance!

Also, I don't like the "instant result contributions" part of each investment... This gives off the wrong image; and if we put the money to better use (ie. development funding) it reduces the ROI requirement substantially.

My Proposals:

Power Plan... 170.1% (Required 2.3x ROI)
74 funds new portfolio products
1% upline
25 shareholders (Creates 120,000,000 new shares, owned by "portfolio"

200% Plan... (2.702x ROI) ... $1000/yr access fee
74 funds new portfolio products
1% upline
25 shareholders (creates 120,000,000 new shares, owned by "portfolio"

240% Plan... (3.25x ROI) ... $500,000/yr access fee
74 funds new portfolio products
1% upline
25 shareholders (creates 120,000,000 new shares, owned by "portfolio"

250% Plan... (3.38x ROI) ... Discontinued
74 funds new portfolio products
1% upline
25 shareholders (creates 120,000,000 new shares, owned by "portfolio"

So, we're reducing the 186% plan to 170.1%. And we're going to discontinue the 250% plan... However! Existing upgrades will be unaffected! So you can continue to invest into the 250% plan for the remainder of your upgrade period. (ps. If you have not already upgraded, I strongly recommend doing so before we initiate these changes! It'll save you half a million dollars

) ... However, for those investments into the discontinued plan, we'll re-adjust how we use your investment a bit, focusing it all on dev funding basically. As that reduces the burden slightly (and allows for the creation of more shares)

The 240% plan, is basically only for Paidverts. And users looking to invest more than $1m/year. Everyone else can jump into the 200% plan for $1000/year. (Requires investing $3300+ per year to be better than the 170.1% plan)

SHARES!

With the above adjustments, you'll see that i'm focusing $0.25 per dollar invested to shareholders. Rather than $0.19 ... This allows for the creation of 120,000,000 additional shares. Without devaluing the existing shares in any way. (As every share still earns the same $0.0000000005 per dollar of turnover)

I propose as following:

1) Shareholder Bonus!
For every 20 shares that you own presently, you will be gifted an additional 1 share as we implement the above.

2) Username "Portfolio" (the share buy back product) will be given the 100,000,000 remaining shares that will be created. These shares can be sold off, kept for dividends, or used for future FTQ Swaps / BAP Exchanges.
Note: If we sell those shares off for 50% of current market value, we will clear the FTQ... But we won't do that right away, as there's no need & that's a poor use of the assets. Better to save up for a rainy day / higher share prie!

When will all this happen?
... Not sure! I'll give it a few days first of all, to see if the idea can be evolved further. And then it'll be as fast as the programmers can get to it. So likely a week or two.

@lkavip11, based on some edits made to a number of your campaigns, it looks like it's due to 'ad violation'.

Jo, it would be great if you can actually put the exact reason for the deduction.

To 10K shareholders, if you delete the url or modify the 3 lines, it would be best if you put the actual violation in those 3 lines.

Well, I hate it ... as I was trying to gain just another buck or two to pad my 183,xxx BAP using recycled ads, but I received about 1185 ( think, lost track of them my other ads tonight) of them in just a 4 hour period. As of this post, they expire between 11 and 16 hours from now ... but I will be at work or just returning home when most would have expired or are expiring.

I have 984 ($0.5185 in value) remaining. Ah well. I tried to help out with the recycled ads backlog.
