This way, purchased ads can be delivered faster rather than waiting for manual ad  issue. In the investment world that's called dilution and it will drive the price down, in the short term at least.  If we goto .05, BAP value is under 150. Right now we are seeing a 32% premium for shares over BAP. If no shares are available it will just tell you, then refresh the page, and put it in again.
