So we'll forward this link to PayPal again, as what our guy is telling us is seemingly a complete lie... and demand equal treatment. This is just annoying, we have zero problems with PayPal. Our old account manager couldn't think more highly of us. And now we switch departments, and have to repeat the entire drama all over again. This same nonsense happened last year; it's just a matter of arguing and arguing, and sooner or later they'll listen. As there's no reason for them to stop doing business with us all of a sudden - we have a perfect record with PayPal. Tens of thousands of transactions, millions in turnover; and incredibly low rates of fraud. Literally 1-2 incidents the entire year, for which we absorbed the tiny losses. And PayPal are making a fortune from us. Why do they have to be awkward? ----- Other than that, the programmers are battling to keep the site online. As we're running out of hard drive space - our database is out of control, using 3-4GB per hour at times - and Iweb doesn't have any of the bigger SSD drives that we're looking for. So we're trying to botch in a temporary solution using more smaller drives until the bigger ones arrive - for which we need 12 of them! (Should be any day). Fingers crosssed we stay online! As now would be a lousy time for maintenance given all the other issues this week. And as SloSumo said, as soon as the programmers give me the go-ahead I'll fire out another PV ad issue. But we're a bit paralyzed at the moment with all the different problems that have piled up all of a sudden. ---- Meanwhile, I suggest taking a leaf out of Brainys book... He's salivating at all these problems and circumstances (new plans/shares) dropping the share price temporarily. There's going to some huge money to be made there as we rebound!
