Everybody's record is available in data base, the number of BAP the number of ads, suppose I was having 3 million BAP before Monday AD issue, and i was given 100$ ads, according a set formula 200000 BAP should have deducted (3000000-200000= 2800000) AND they should check the current BAP (25000000) means I was stolen with 3000000 BAPs, they should refund 300000 BAPs, Even as good well gesture they should return some extra BAPs in order to motivate the users.  ! Prior to them doing that, we're currently waiting on BTC-E , who PM is contacting to try and retrieve the funds held in that account that Yan tried to exchange. For which, we could potentially retrieve another $50-$70k. But that will likely require some luck! The remaining money is almost certainly lost. The police maybe able to recover it; but we'll likely never see it again. The evidence against Yan is everywhere! He has done very poor job of covering his tracks. There are IP addresses everywhere all linking back to Iweb and Yan + Yans girlfriend: And at the moment i'm trying to find out from Iweb whether or not they fired him (as I was lead to believe) when we informed them about the prior theft and the fact Yan was working for us, whilst on Iweb company time... As if they didn't Iweb will almost certainly be complicit in this latest theft via their inaction. For which, we may have a huge lawsuit on our hands! As Iweb is permitting their staff to tamper with the physical servers in their datacenters, and steal funds from Iweb clients -- even after being told of the aforementioned actions / fraud / the potential for that specific risk! And seeing as Iweb is owned by one of the largest hosting companies in the world. Let's get ready for a juicy settlement offer ---- Right now, i'm waiting on Iweb to get back to me. I'm basically giving them an ultimatum, either they contact the police on our behalf, and prosecute Yan. Or, we contact a law firm in Montreal and sue Iweb for their actions / inaction that have led to the breach of our server held in their datacenter, by one of their own employees! For which our physical damages are over $120k in cash losses. Not to mention 2 weeks of programming hours & the value in missed productivity. And the damage to our reputation, as 600,000 users now hold less confidence in MTV as a result of what's happened. We might just clear the fast track queue yet ---- Yan: Yan's Car & Registration: As soon as I get a copy of the police report from Iweb, I will show you that. And if they don't provide it, I will show you the lawsuit that our lawyer will be filing against Iweb later this week / next! I am intending to make a very big example of this, to protect us from future incidents... Even with the programmers now securing our system and limiting access to only what is absolutely required.
