DEBT SWAP NEWS

Debt swap has been performed yesterday, this is how your account was affected and the changes that were introduced with it:
Debt swap was performed at the swap rate of $0.3/600 BAP per share (shares rounded upwards - so even if you had just 1 BAP/$0.00001, you received 1 share).

This means that:
- for every 600BAP you had you received 1 share
- for every $0.3 of your due returns in the fast track queue you received 1 share

To expand on the above, all fast track investments have been cancelled/deleted, and all BAP removed from the system.

With the swap we wanted to control our growth, to give our portfolio enough time to develop, so that we can use our development funds more effectively.

To achieve that, we have added the following temporary limitations to our system:
- Ad purchases are limited to 1-5 bulk ad packs purchased per day($1.05-$5.25 in ad pack value, regardless of the fees) per user in total. This limit will remain in effect for 60 days.
- Investments into our fast track plans are also limited for the next 60 days, as such: $10 max per day per user, for the FT170 and FT250 plans, $250 max per day per user for FT200 plan and FT240 remains unlimited. After 60 days all limits will be removed. Due to these limitations upgrades for FT200 and FT250 have been extended by 60 days.
- Trading shares for BAP has been temporarily removed from the share marketplace. Selling/buying shares for cash is unrestricted.

WHY WAS THE DEBT SWAP PERFORMED
Debt swap is a great tool to propel this business forwards, by clearing all current debt and exchanging it for shares, which hold huge potential. And as the system is completely debt-free it makes it incredibly attractive for new users, bringing a lot of money and demand into the system, increasing our traffic value and with it raising the share price, "justifying" the swap. Moreover, the imposed limits will give us extra time to expand our portfolio, our staffing and with that add huge additional value to the business, which again results in bigger demand for our shares, raising its price and justifying the swap.

Without the debt swap, our debt would grow and grow, without us having enough time to expand our portfolio, which would result in huge increases in our fast track repayment times and the value of ads we are able to send out at PaidVerts, making the system dull and unattractive. The debt swap gives us a fresh start, with a huge portfolio backing us up, which will now be paying new investments, while also expanding it on the go.

You have NOT lost anything with the swap - you simply received shares in exchange for your BAP and investments, which would have otherwise taken months or even years to give you in return what debt swaps usually take far less to achieve.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OUT OF THE DEBT SWAP

Debt swap is also an opportunity like no other, as it reinvigorates the system and makes it incredibly lucrative to invest right after it, as the repayment times on fast track plans are extremely short for the first few months, the share price rises quickly, and consequently even ad issues on PaidVerts will be above average during the next month or two.

The only people that will lose out with a debt swap, are the people who panic and sell their newly received shares for an absurdly low rate. A debt swap can take several months to fully show its potential and positive effect on the whole business and with it the rise in share price, required to justify it. So the best thing for you to do is to understand a debt swap and that it takes some time for it to show it's true value. If you are unsure about anything I suggest you ask on this forum where our members, who have been through several past debt swaps, can help you answer your questions/doubts and how well debt swaps have worked in the past, if you just have some patience for it to put things into motion, and not panic sell your shares.

You are free to sell your shares at our marketplace at any time you wish, but doing it immediately after a swap will just result in you taking an unneeded loss. Waiting for the share price to rise to the needed level to justify the swap will likely take several months, but it will be faster than if there was none and you received your potential return slowly in the debt-filled system via fast tracks or ad issues on PaidVerts.

Here are some "milestones", that can help you set the price you might want to sell your shares for:
$0.12 - 100% ROI on FT250 investments
$0.15 - 100% ROI on FT200 investments
$0.161 - 100% ROI on FT186 investments
$0.176 - 100% ROI on FT170 investments
$0.194 - 100% ROI on your BAP, that would otherwise takes months to get via paid ads
$0.3 - receive your full potential cash return on any investments/BAP

Bottom line is, if you panic and sell your shares immediately you will be taking a loss. Give it some time for everything to unfold and you'll be getting your due returns faster than if there was no debt swap. And before you act hastily I suggest you take a good look at things and ask any potential questions here in the forum. The majority of our older members and biggest valued users have been through several debt swaps themselves and can attest to the opportunities it provides.

Also remember that new investments into our fast track plans will be fast tracked very quickly during the first month or so, likely being fast tracked in just a matter of weeks. Thereby investing into the fast track plans is a great choice, but also note that the share price could be rising even faster. But be it our FT plans, shares or growing your BAP in PaidVerts, all should prove to be very profitable in the following months and a chance not to be missed!

OTHER NEWS

So, the debt swap is behind us and although everything was not perfect and there were a few bugs/performance issues, the improvements our programmers have been working on the past months have been very fruitful. Would we have experienced the same strain on our servers a month or two ago everything would have likely crashed

The speed issues experienced immediately after the swap were caused by the huge traffic, our db servers seem to have handled it very well though as there was basically no db-related issues.

And we apologize for any errors/bugs that popped up, as we weren't able to detect them during testing, regardless of all the preparation.

Regarding the bug that occurred and allowed users to buy up to $5 worth of ad packs as often as they wanted - we will be voiding all such campaigns bought via any balance, and refunding the users to their PV balance. So anyone who attempted to abuse this bug will not get anything out of it. However, for TOS reasons, we can't refund any "extra" campaigns that were bought due to this bug, directly via payment processors though.

There will be small ad issues today and tomorrow, likely divided into just 1600-12000BAP, 12000BAP - 24000 BAP and 24000BAP+ groups because of the above mentioned issue, but starting Monday we'll start issuing ads normally.

Also we are in the process of slowly moving completely to AWS hosting, which will improve our stability, performance and scaling even more. We've said that a couple of times in the past 6 months, but this should finally be that long-term solution we were looking for. And we finally have a capable DBA and SysAdmin that know what they're doing and are moving things into the right direction. Along with the Polish programmers who have done a great job the past month with improving crons, and will be working on moving even more things to Rabbithq and Node.js, which is performing beautifully already, speeding up ad issues by about 6 times, while also reducing the load on our servers a LOT.

So we'll dedicate some more time to optimizing things, but should also begin working on other (long overdue)important things. We plan to add a whole lot of additional security features this month. Just to name a few we want to add ASAP - extra PIN for playing games, selling/buying shares, doing any sort of transactions, changing settings, disabling payment processors...

We'll also look for a reliable emailing solution (likely via a 3rd party software), so we can add an option for 2FA via email, send notification emails on country IP changes, account changes, and generally improve our PR via reliable and regular mails.

Another thing we want to add ASAP is the ability for a user to upload a scan of their document & a selfie, which will be the basic (and much more reliable) identification for dealing with any issues via support, while also allowing us to become much more compliant with tons of laws and via that bring us another step closer to more payment solutions, specifically making us much more compliant with banking regulations.

Speaking of banking it seems that our new banking accounts are already set up and working, so it's just a matter of some more testing/verification before we can reopen bank wire as a payment option. No exact ETA yet on that, but we're getting closer. And with a bit of luck in sorting that, we should be able to get funding for the Slovenian office very soon, which should be another huge addition to the business, as it will allow us to professionalize our support system, and bring us a new stream of programmers and designers, so we can work in cooperation with the Polish office and start deploying more and more products, and working on bigger and bigger projects.

As right now it's impossible for our current programming team to deal with both optimization issues and work on new products. A website like ours will always need to be updated and optimized, which is a never-ending process, and needs a few guys working just on that constantly to keep everything going. Polish team IS looking for new programmers - they just HAD to focus on swap and optimization the past month, so now that that's basically out of the way, it shouldn't be long before they start expanding their team.

We'll also try adding a "max daily ads setting" and reduce the viewing timers for new ad purchases, as soon as all ads and viewing them are moved completely to rabbitHQ and Node.js, to make sure the imposed changes don't cause any performance issues.

And something from Jo:
We are also working on separating the businesses (PV & MTV), to accomodate PayPal's concerns... As they don't seem to care that we comply with their T&C to the letter; they just don't like that PV and MTV are owned by the same company.... So we'll jump through that hoop, and see if we can get that functionality back later this year.

The first quarter of 2015 has been filled with unexpected problems, that slowed us down significantly. Some things will take time to be properly resolved, and while it's a bumpy road ahead, we're finally seeing good progress on all fronts and are doing everything to keep going in the right direction.

Yallit is right.I bought yesterday 10/04 $5.25 and today 11/04 another $5.25 witch put me in group 3 with 31000.And good decision about no one can get nothing for abuse the system.

I guess I, and Catt, among others, will wait to see, how much is refunded before making sure we are at the BAP lvl we should be at for today?

And, if he does the refund (in full) and immediately calculates our Group, meaning no chance to get into the proper group, I guess "that's life".

I do want to thank Andraez and the whole team for all their hard work and fair-handedness. It is much appreciated.

You won't be losing much, except for a few cent ads during the weekend, so be a little patient until Monday and see what happens.

chances are you will get your money sooner than the 7 days period.

delayed cashouts are also good for your protection. imagine what would have happened if all those hacked accounts would have made an instant withdraw. at least, this way, the money stays in the system

I think that something is wrong with the FTQ payments. Yesterday there shouldn't be FTQ payments, as 7 days back we had a negative revenue day (03-Apr-2015 -$12.18), however you paid $5912. And today the FTQ payment should be ~$8,769 minus the negative day (-$12) ~= $8757. And it was "only" paid $794. Am I missing something???

Edit: So if this was really a mistake, you can pay ~+$2051 for today (rough calculations).
