1.How is the daily ad issue amount calculated? On "I just feel so" basis or there are actual calculations made? $6632 ad issue when we have so many "BAB millionaires", people buying ad packs like crazy; where is 100m+ group, there is Brainy?

2.Based on what the daily ad issue is distributed? Usually ad issue earning doubles from group to group upwards, 8-9, 9-10, 10-11 and than boom!!! Please explain this:

What makes the FTQ illegal is the charging a fee to get a higher rate and allowing unverified members to invest (money laundering laws).

The amount you promise to pay back someone is not the issue and has never been the issue as it clearly stated there was no set time frame.

IT doesn't matter from a legal stand point whether you/this company promises to pay someone back 115% or 170%.

Changing the name of the shares doesn't change anything.

To make the share/RP market legal you will have to drop the BAP to Share/RP market.

Marc, as you have stated we are still owning shares, just we are owning non voting shares, which is totally legal in most jurisdictions to have 2 sets of shares (1 voting and 1 non voting), so long as it is clearly stated that the person is purchasing non voting shares.

The BAP market would need to go, because you cannot purchase RP/shares with non currency, and BAP is not currency as it does not have a real value (there is no direct BAP to cash conversion), it only has a perceived value.

You also, need to look into the fact that to own shares/RP positions, the members might have to be verified (money laundering laws).

Not a lot of Ppl ARE buying ads, look at Daily results, Paidverts Bulk Ads, Only so much FTQ from Paidverts HAS matured, Shares def HAVE NOT.

He is following the business model these days the best he can. (5% yesterday/5% 2 days ago, FTQ Matures, Shares sold, a few other +/-'s)
He is spreading the FTQ matures as much as he can.
There are very few BAP Millionaires. And, once achieved, just need to reinvest 75% of ads received to maintain, so that Bulk Ads to get to that lvl, is basically already issued.

@didelis: The BAP millionaires got there by selling their Royalty Positions instead of buying adpacks. So no, there wasn't a lot of ad packs being buyed the last days.

Yes, many ppl, esp the multi millionaires, got there via selling shares for BAP.

Though, that BAP had to come from somewhere, originally. BAP Gamers do not have the edge, the house does.

Doesn't the Bulk Ad Price of $1.05 for 3100 BAP, make it direct...ok not BAP to Cash...but Cash to BAP. Which, while I know there is a difference, shouldn't matter there is still a known rate for one end of the negotiating table. A starting point is all that's needed.

I think it's not fair to close the 250 plan i paid 500 dollars for it a few weeks before the swap was announced and unfortunately i invest my money on it 1679 plus $500 fee and jo gave me almost 14000 shares that at this moment are worth $140 dollars and many people are in this situation.

do you realy belive that decreasing FTQ from 200% , 250% to 115% will lead to smaller rounds ?
there will bealways 1 milon - 1,5 milion debt ahead because...so that mean that you will wait almost the same period of time for 115% like for 200% or 250% ... from legal side I realy think that 200% and more is not problem for that kind of investment... because you are not prommising 200% profit in month or two .... all depends on revenue when you will recive this cash back so this is not problem .... if this is problem than also 115% you can consider like legal problem because after debt swap you can put cash in FTQ and recive pure profit 15% in just one day ..thats mean 15% daily !!
than how can this be legal ?

I just want to say that on that kind of investment is realy not importand if is 115% or 500% ... because return depends on MTV revenue and for shure 200% looks more atractive for investors than 115%

You are wrong,

Where does it state in any jurisdiction that there is a set percentage you are allowed to offer in return for loaning someone money.

The only laws in affect, relate to offering a set percentage per month (which usually only applies to certain industries (ie, bank, mortgage loan company, etc), which this site does not offer a set percentage or a given time frame in order to fulfill the loan/investment payback obligation.

At one point Marc said we had about 4-6months worth of dev funds, with what upcoming products we have that need funds, plus need to pay the staff and Amazon.

Investors can see b4 investing the situation they are in and thus know it will probably be awhile.

And, remember, this is currently how we get dividends. Marc has not restated how he wants to change that.

dev. funds will be dryed very fast after this 115% news...because now everybody will stop puting cash in FTQ because of 2 milions debt ahead and 115% will not be so interesting to wait a year

Maybe there is a thing in today news that i dont understand, but what gonna happen with ours money invested in 200 % plan, when it close? Are they gonna be refunded or simply closed and we are gonna lost our money ? I dont speak of refunding a cost of 200 % plan but money invested in that plan.....
