I believe the same rule applies to those. Logic would dictate, that of the 2, the "eleven thousand" is the only one that could provide Break Even. Mio, it's been unlimited FTQ for a couple months now. Only PV still has the 100 Bulk Ad limit. The dividends will take longer to arrive now, but they won't clog the system anymore. Dividends are being sent in batches of 3000/minute.
