He'd love to continue his work for us but he's simply not able to put in the time. I've hired Cesar, which most of you know as Vecors instead. They're not entirely the same type of people with the same skills, but a number of their skills match and Cesar will come in handy with a lot of other things in the future that I wouldn't be able to use Jeroen for. For now we're starting off with the following short list of tasks and as we proceed and he learns more and more (As he's gonna dig into video editing and such) i'll put him at work on a few projects that I got in mind. For now these are his first assignments: -Banners This will save us a lot of costs compared to hiring Rayner, who we'll use for entire pages/game layouts and banners for new websites only from now on -FAQ Jeroen was working on this but he wasn't able to finish it, Cesar will pick it up where he left off and finish it. -Run the MTV MMG topic Since Jeroen left that topic has been filled with comments from small minded individuals who believe that My Traffic Value is part of the millions of internet scams online and there's no one to "defend us" from those lies. Cesar will fill in this position, but feel free (I hope you do) to go over to that topic and give them a clear picture of what we're about. (And they're in need of recent cash out proof) Link -Cesar will "train" our social media managers to become better designers Cesar has already helped me by teaching a number of our social media managers in the past but will continue to do so for who ever is willing to learn. Over time we plan on stepping it up more and more as marketing is what makes or breaks a company, no matter how good the product is. We're also offering our managers a package of tools that improves their "art", paid for in full by mtv. -Back up support During times of "too many" tickets showing up at once he'll jump in to handle a number of them. He'll also be able to help where needed when one of our support workers takes a holiday. -Actively moderating the forum and facebook pages -Translate Paidverts in Portuguese -- The hacker is trying to find his way into BarterMyFunds again, but this time he failed to do so. And congrats marc for finding that loophole And just a silly idea, but what if we hired a hacker, one with serious skills, just for this type of cases, maybe he could help find the loophole faster and reversehack the guy if he tries to hack again using the same exploit. Lol, read an article last month that even Apple pays just a small percentage. The largest sum they pay is $250000 and that's for huge loopholes that are endangering the privacy of millions and millions of users. Silly that no one wants to work for less. If I was more skilled, I'd just see this as a puzzle. Why solve braintrainers if you can do something similar, get paid a bit for it and try to help a lot of users with it...
