If I make it to majority shareholder, I'll set up a Chase Platinum Business Checking account for MTV. Fees are waived if a $100k minimum account balance is maintained. I'll also set up a Best Value Membership at Payment Depot so fees on credit card transactions are really low.

If I do ever make it there, I'm sure Carlos will have all the terms and conditions worked out with a lawyer by then.

Since you in the USA, Can I correspond with you about how to have an supplemental income from mtv legally in the USA ( Ie. Misc income) since I plan to do some withdrawing next year.. I have not withdrawn a cent for a while. I am waiting until the next tax year to begin recording and maybe setting up a separate mini business USA account for mtv/PV. I would be grateful if you can be my mentor with so I can feel comfortable collecting misc. income from MTV/PV within the usa tax law and small business law... Last time I did a bankwire, the usa bank asked alot of question why I am sending money to offshore account and why so much.. All I could say I am sending money to family relatives... That was the last time I did a bankwire... The USA govt is too powerful to mess with so help me out ! Thanks Mike

Don't file with the IRS, Gizmo that's been my plan and I've stuck with it since fiscal year 1998 after consulting with this lawyer back then.

Today we'll have a new result record. I aim to +15k.

I'm also worried about the BAP debt. I see +100Million Bap every day increasing our debt. I think multiplayer poker will help but that wont clear +100 Million Bap. We should brainstorm this to get some ideas to clear this problem.

You gotta be kidding me ... That is tax evasion... that is the worst advice I ever had lol. Come on... tell me why you wont be charged with tax evasion? You know auditing is a lottery system. How do you know you won't be chosen for an audit ??? Are you just being lucky ? I am not going to contact some anti irs crusader lawyer and fight for my rights. I could be naive and you may get away with it but I am not willing to risk my life on it since I have a wife and a baby on the way...

Gizmo, you file with the IRS at your own risk, you know my advice, and I know your fears. The overwhelming majority of successfully prosecuted tax evasion cases are of people who did file with the IRS and their tax return was used against them in court.

If everybody in America did what I did, there would be no more IRS.

Worse they'll do is take my car, and that just means riding the bicycle to work for a few weeks until my lawyer gets it back to me.
