But first, I'd like to clarify something... I think I've confused people with my thinking outloud yesterday. There's no planned debt swap right now. I don't imagine there'll be one until sometime next year at the earliest. All I was saying is that with us rebuilding the entire platform basically, with the new interface & completed business model. At such time that we're ready to transition over to that brand new website... We will likely time it with the next debt swap. And because we're making such big changes to the platform as a whole, all the old data might not be compatible with the new system. And thereby, we may need to wipe all the old result cards / portfolio data... to basically start from a clean slate (so the old data doesn't make a complete mess / confuse all the displays)... And thereby, all your account histories and what not, will be gone. You'll just get one entry with the new platform showing your 'balance brought forward' or however we do it. But, the time scales invovled here are huge. We're talking 8-12months from now, best case scenario! An unimaginable amount of time in the land of online investments ------ And on that line... But we're sketching up everything page by page. Once we have a basic idea of every single page; then we'll go back over everything to make sure it all links together & looks pretty. And then the programmers will see the 'big picture' and can design their coding / database arrangements around that. But we've not even scratched the surface yet... So by then, people can choose what shares to buy, either MTV/FTQ shares (investments for developing online games including gambling games etc) or PV/Product shares (strictly advertising revenues and no gambling games).  Members will then be able to choose if they want to invest in "investments including developing gambling games products" shares or "non-gambling games portfolio products" shares... Subsequently, until we're able to get that back - that's lost it's buzz a whole lot. 2) In accordance with the above point, SloSumo is running PaidVerts almost purposefully slowly. We're not pumping results, we're not trying to spike our growth or anything, we're limiting ad purchases, spreading out big ad issue days over multiple days.... It's all very slow, uneventful & boring. But... that's not a bad thing. As buying time is kinda the key at the moment. We're working on a lot of stuff, and until it's ready. This business is a bit stagnant; ideally we'd shut it down for 6-12months. To 100% focus on the next step. And then come back with a bang... But people won't respond well to that, they'll think we've scammed them or something... So we're just ticking it over to keep you entertained. And then we'll push again when we've set everything up, and are ready basically! 3) New Products! Nothing major is on the horizon right now... - The programmers are fixing our infrastructure, to basically just keep the site working, make the crons work at scale, and it's all boring stuff! At best the site will work as it should. You're not going to see much. - We're working on Chatrooms + then Multiplayer Poker & other games. Most of those are proof of concepts, rather than anything that'll be a big hit / revenue generator. It's kinda just practice / experience building. - There'll be some random little things added over the course of the year, little simple games. And I don't know what! See how it goes. - My main project this year; is completing the MTV platform. Via redesigning the members interface from scratch. And then having the programmers basically rebuild it from scratch. ... The primary aim here is to present to people what MTV is supposed to be. And that is a crowd-operated machine! 1) Users submit the ideas for products to build. 2) Users finance those projects. 3) Our staff then make those projects a reality. 4) Then the revenues get shared back with the portfolio & users that came up with the idea in the first place. We're going to crowd-the-hell out of venture capital and revenue sharing. Subsequently, my focus is entirely on making that platform. To allow those activities to take place! The products themselves are barely a consideration for me right now... Those ideas everybody can come up with, once the platform is ready to handle / process them! ------- So, the long and the short of it is, that this is going to be a pretty uneventful year! It's entirely possible the share price drops before it climbs... I would imagine there's a good possibility many people will lose faith in MTV this year. Completely understandable. But! We're working towards a big goal. And if we pull it off, and the ideas flow, the financing flows, and our staff materialize those ideas quickly... Then this business will get unimaginably huge! This is the billion/trillion dollar potential I'm pushing towards. No guarantees. It's a bit of a gamble. But i'm paving the way for the possibility at very least. And if it works, then a lot of people are going to get outrageously wealthy.
