At this moment, it's just how it works. Even if the timer was set at 2 mins, you'd still receive the same (or maybe insignificantly lower) number of ads. It wouldn't be clever and profitable to do another swap right after this one... especially since we haven't made any significant progress on the portfolio since last swap we are all open to keep track of the system's health and discuss about it here!
