The reality is that I have no idea if Brian will deliver or not. I know for a fact that the entire code has been finished by one of our programmers who works for him, but he simply doesn't respond to me nor the programmer at all. The programmer doesn't have the full code either and Brian doesn't allow him to give us any of the code he built. When I had my personal assistant contact Brian in his Passive-Earner chat he almost instantly replied but blamed our programmer for not delivering, which is not true at all. The script was promised to us on the 10th of February, on the 10th of February he didn't even start. I knew for a fact that our programmer was working for Brian on the side, so I pushed Brian to pass off the task to him and then I simply took over the management part. All in all it feels like Brian is trying to deliver a strike to our business and its credibility, something I am not happy about at all. I have no idea why he would do any of that, but it sure seems to be the thing he's doing. No replies for 3 weeks to me, not replying to his programmer for over a week, putting the blame on me to his programmer and vice versa.. It's a mess! So on 1 hand I want to simply continue my marketing and blow up that facebook group by putting messages like "Only 48 hours till the launch!", on the other hand I feel forced to remain quiet to save myself a lot of embarrassment if he indeed doesn't deliver. I guess that by making this post i'm already trying to "save face" in case it might happen. I just can't think of any other reason for his behavior. -- In other news.. We pushed a new Warclicks topic on Reddit and we gained a 1000 new players within the first 24 hours! One of the players who came from Reddit made a $70 purchase on his first day, we expect many more purchases to follow in about 2 days from now. If you happen to have a reddit account, feel free to contribute to the topic but not in a way that it sounds like you have something to gain by promoting it, Reddit can make or break your game so handle with caution. Link -- Sumo Roll is constantly being improved! Very soon we will start adding new elements and a shop, for now we're focused on improving game play. Spread the game to your friends and ask for their opinion, they might have a different insight, as we all have something to gain from the game and are therefore at least partially biased in our opinion. if it not starts on 25th march honestly marc the man who will be most embarrassed will be me, i have promoted over 2 months from the first day of announcement and last 20day i charged up everyone for this 25th march launch i will lost every single bit reputation as a marketer

A matrix needs marketing to be widely spread.I knew for a fact that our programmer would finish it on time, but now Brian is acting like the work hasn't been delivered and we get a treatment of silence. We are not in the wrong here, but we are the ones who will get the blame if this doesn't happen.. Meanwhile we are 5500 strong on Facebook, it could turn into an extremely profitable product for us.

I think it's pretty obvious that if Brian had any intention to deliver he would let us know. Three weeks is way, way too long to not hear from someone as crucial as him and still promote an ETA like nothing is happening. Now, instead of waiting for the next 2 days to come by we should think of some clever marketing way to prolong the ETA without pissing off our 5500 people on FaceBook

I have no idea why hire Brian to do this project.I believe there's more capable staffs in MTV office that can do better job than him. In my opinion, among these 4 new projects, SumoRoll and Mymatrix have the greatest potential. Mymatrix should hire someone who are responsible and high efficient person to do the task. Right now is not the time to play blaming game btw, instead, we need to stay professional and try to find a solution. If Mymatrix can't deliver on 25th March, i think this is fine for us and we can launch it later. Better than we launch it in a rush and find lot of bugs there that might increase workload.

We bought an "off the shelf-script" which needed minor changes.Price was way lower than any of our staff could produce it for and we would be able to launch a new project without us having to do any work for it, at least this was the idea.. We are not playing a blaming game here, I am perfectly willing to take the blame of any mistakes made by my own crew. This case however, is very different and I've put in way more time and effort than we originally expected and it is already taking 6x longer than promised. Overall Brian is not a bad programmer. MTV was built between him and Alex, before any of the other programmers joined. His scripts have a good reputation as well and we had Rayner make us a brand new design and with a number of changes our website would be still very much unique. We are now simply going to chase him as much as we can to get it delivered before the deadline. (Thank you stobb for just showing up in his PE chat) It's not pretty, but whatever has to be done, has to be done.

Brian is totally busy or totally lazy last weeks/months. I know some other programs that also waited for Brian to deliver script. Not sure now if he deliver it or they buy it somewhere else.

Well since he a independent contractor maybe someone came along with a better offer for him not to write the script or to make sure it was not ready on time. We should really start dealing with people in house only no matter if it take a couple week or a couple months longer. At least with them we know they bound to finishing the project or else.

I do hope everything is looked over very carefully to make sure he or anyone on his team does not have any backdoor. He could take us to the cleaners at any point. Not just the FBG MyMatrix BTC account, but potentially any members as well. Based on how I understand how we link everyone. I don't want to speak badly of any contractor (former or not). But better safe than sorry.
