Today i'll be discussing the following topics: -Hype vs proving a business -Making it the honest way -My opinion about MTV's 2016 -Projections 2017 -Announcement of a new product -Agenda for the following month Hype vs proving a business Lately a number of people came up to me to tell me that we're not "properly hyping our product launches" anymore. The reason for not doing so is quite easy.. I much rather take it easy on the "hyping"-part and prove the business instead. Hype works.. It gets money in, it creates market movement, but it also creates expectations. You can't just hype up every product and expect people to "continue buying into it". You'll lose credibility over time if you keep promising unrealistic returns of 20x in a year or so. My Traffic Value doesn't have to "talk big" to "make it big". We have proven to be an honest business, with a strong team and long term mindset. We'll leave the hype to ponzi's. P.S: We don't mean marketing when talking about hype, hype is creating unrealistic expectations that you know you can't make up for, basically fooling your investors. Making it the honest way I'd like to point out the main differences between our company and other "online businesses" that claim to be doing the same we are. First of all: We don't ask you for your money, we haven't been doing it for a long time. (All other businesses ask you for your money) We removed the Fast Track Queue and all the other ponzi elements of the website. We've added the funding page, to keep more people interested in the business while we're paving the way for bigger projects. We currently have the team and tools to build upon our current base and prove ourselves. We want to prove ourselves, pay off a part of the Fast Track Queue and then build upon that newly gained confidence. That's when we'll be funding very big projects, as currently we feel like we still owe you a lot for the past investments. Second of all: We value your support and time more than your money. (Quite unusual in these online businesses as well ) We have been constantly showing our interest in your support, networks and asking for your help in terms of marketing. Again, we're not after your money as of now. We want to make it the honest way. We might need around $10k/month as of now through the funding page to make it with our current results until CoinFlip Evolved picks up, our casino's gain more exposure and our secret freemium game and sumo roll get launched/marketed. My opinion about MTV's 2016 There have been a number of people asking for my personal opinion about our past year. I wanted to write about this earlier but i've been very busy with all of our upcoming projects. 2016 was a year in which we had to overcome a lot of issues, got rid of all of our ponzi elements, launched a number of external projects and made it clear we were here to stay. 2016 could have been more fruitful in my opinion, if we would have been a bit more lucky on our games, if playbitcoingames would have been even half as successful as PlayPerfectMoneyGames and if we wouldn't have found so many red ribbons with BarterMyFunds. On top of that we also lost a part of our crowd which didn't like the removal of the ponzi elements/lack of Fast Track Queue-payments. But 2016 was a great transition year. We built a lot of external projects, we made a big amount of changes to Paidverts which made it much more sustainable, our staff turned into a TEAM much more than before, we cut a big amount of costs which reduced our overall running costs to just $50.000-$60.000,-/month, we made sure that 99% of our cash outs are paid within 24 hours, we gained a lot of trust in all of our businesses which is vital for its future. I was also able to add a lot of cool people to the team and we're now a lot better represented on social media and internal/external forums. But as an entrepreneur you always want things to run perfectly and i'm no different.. I have a lot to be unsatisfied about, which I use as motivation to get better! All of the things that i'm unsatisfied about require money though.. For example expanding our marketing team, something that's severely lacking with our growing amount of businesses. Furthermore we really need another project manager as that part of the work is sucking up far too much time of both Andraz and me. I really want to purchase casino licensing so we can market it broadly and expand our empire at a much faster pace. I want to be able to turn an increasing profit every month and by doing so pay off the Fast Track Queue. Projections of 2017 During 2017 we will build a lot of external products, in various markets. -Freemium (desktop) -Apps -Bitcoin related products -All round casino We will also improve our existing products. Currently we're working on a big overhaul of Paidverts, we're adding widgets to BarterMyFunds, we're working on a deposit bonus structure on PlayPerfectMoneyGames and the year has just begun! Furthermore I want to grow our team. I hope we'll be able to afford a project manager, possibly a programming manager as well. I want to hire a dedicated team of marketers, more programmers specialized in app and game development and it's time to find ourselves a better legal team. If you add all of this up, we'll be expanding at a much faster rate. We have a great team, we have great products, now we need to generate more income to set us up for the next level. We plan to accomplish all of this during 2017. Announcement of a new product We have had many people asking us to build a revenue share or something similar. We've constantly walked away from doing so as it didn't feel right, it isn't an honest business model or takes a long time to build a sustainable revenue share (Like Paidverts). But we found a business type that we're willing to give a shot, as it's very straightforward what you can expect from it and with the right strategy can be very profitable for you. As with every business it won't be possible for everyone to win, but it can't be described as a scam as it's really up to you if you make money or not. The website we'll be launching is a "multi-level member to member bitcoin matrix". The idea is that you donate to your upline to give yourself the possibility to earn for a month from your own downline. Here's the general idea of the project: You sign up on the website, after which you have 48 hours to upgrade your account by donating bitcoins directly to your upline. After doing so you are able to refer others and earn from them donating to you. The structure will be a 2 by 6 matrix. The lowest upgrade will cost you 0.027 BTC Upgrades last for a month after which you have to upgrade to any of the levels again. 2 by 6 means: Upgrade Possible earnings (On that level) 0.027 0.054 0.045 0.18 0.09 0.72 0.18 2.88 0.9 28.8 1.8 115,2 On level 1 you will be able to refer 2 people who upgrade by donating to you. Referring 1 person who upgrades means you break even on your own upgrade, referring 2 means you made 100% ROI (Your own money+100% profit) After that you're able to upgrade to level 2, on which you can profit from your referral's referrals who upgrade to level 2 themselves as well. This upgrade will cost you 0.045 BTC and will go to your referrer's referrer. So you have to time your upgrades right, find the right team and it will be easy to profit for you. If at the end of the month you didn't manage to make a profit, it was because you either didn't have the right sponsor who could give you some spillover, you didn't recruit the right people or you didn't time your upgrades right. For those that have a good upline/know the right people this is an easy method to make a lot of free bitcoins. I have a good amount of big referrers who are waiting for a m2m bitcoin matrix backed up by a reliable administration. That's the problem with most m2m matrixes, which are currently very popular but massively spread by scammers. The most successful running bitcoin matrix has over 20000! bitcoins in donations and is built by Brian, a previous programmer of the My Traffic Value-team. We've decided to cooperate with him and build this project. We are adding a top banner and 2 side banners, which will be a great spot to advertise any bitcoin-related products, which should get us some good advertising money. Because it's such a popular model nowadays but with so little reliable websites, this will most likely become huge. Brian is modifying the script he built before for us for $800, this includes him sticking around for a month to weed out any potential bugs. If you add this all up together, we only have to earn $2000 to break even on this project. -Banner spots -Cross referring -Admin accounts on top of the chain The website will be called "Mymatrix.io" ETA of the launch is on the 1st of February, that is if Rayner can finish a proper,responsive design before then. Furthermore I think my post says it all, so let's not get stuck in repetitive complaining. Make an effort to help the business and profit from it. There is no better straight line formula to make money in here than doing such a thing. And growing a staff and therefore turning bigger profits at a faster rate is a very logical thing to do.
