You banned Jo? That is not justified.Instead of arguing with one another, you should act like adults and work together, to bring MTV to former glory. Same goes to Mike. You both have same good ideas. But instead listening to one another, you are arguing like children. Please, put your differences aside, for the good of MTV.

this is not right ...JO have a right to sell his shares whatewer price he want... me also and all other MTV customer ... this is his shares so he can do whatever he want... about bussines he need motivation and more help from experiance users if he do not want than new CEO should be elected... but still this is not the reason to ban any customer,expecialy that one who build all this

Congratulations Marc! I think we made the right decision and several of us will be working with and helping Marc in driving this business forwards.To expand a bit on why we have unanimously decided to completely remove Jo's access and even banned his account on MTV: He has been manipulating the share market by "whale trading" for the past few weeks and constantly posting only about bad news and challenges we face, to drive public opinion down in attempts to re-buy lower for his own personal gains. Moreover, the damage he has done to our public image with his recent actions, posting and doing basically nothing for the past 8-9 months, has been more damaging to our business than any other previous event. And while claiming that he wants to drive this business on a legal path, he has refused to remove several elements of this business that make it extremely difficult, if not impossible to gain legal and banking solutions. Plus with his personal history, having him as CEO acted as another huge deterrent to any legal and banking solutions Carlos has worked so hard to obtain the past year. The "red tape" is impossible to get by, if you don't take any necessary steps to move into that direction. For safety reasons, we have removed Jo's access to any critical area of our business. As his actions of late have been unpredictable and potentially harmful to the integrity of the company. Also, one of the bitcoin accounts (where there is a substantial amount of company money on) is Jo's personal one, which none of us have access to. And the banning of his MTV account also serves as a safety measure, which we will hold in escrow until he transfers that money to a company bitcoin account.

He has 50 million shares this is OPEN MARKET, buy them and we wont be able to place roadblock, his words manipulated shares not his actual shares. If some1 is buying selling will drop understand basics of market, especially if he is selling 1/5 of all shares there is. I mean we would expect some kind of agrement or at least those 2 to talk about it, not that that just happend behind his back. He has all payment accounts. Sort it out fast, else us normal members will get f*****.
