With 13 more days till launch this will be huge! I am meanwhile trying to connect with the big Zarfund (and comparable matrix) earners. It might be a very steep expectation, which I fully realize.. But if we would be able to pay off the Fast Track Queue (And bring lots of new customers to our other businesses) by running a m2m matrix which will have a small downside which is that we're giving away a ton of free advertising, (which might likely put a temporary burden on Paidverts) then that is totally worth it. That is really what it is meant for.. I want to legalize our business, but at the same time we want to pay off the Fast Track Queue.. Fast! We can't combine those 2 at the same time as it would create a big gap in our accounting of over $200k. So what we are trying to do here is to pay off all of our debt and then restart, under a new name, no negative past dragging with us, none of that all. 6 weeks ago I have started chipping in on the legality part myself. I went to Malaga, had a meeting with Carlos and I told him that things really needed to change from now on. I did some research myself and found a company structure that we should pursue and as far as I know makes perfect sense. So the idea is the following: -Pay off our current debt and collect a decent budget/buffer -Start over with a clean slate I'd imagine this to unfold like the following: We pay off all of our current bills, both fast track queue and pending programmer bills. We build up a new business from the ground up. New holding, new url+name for MTV, new contracts with our employees, certified stock, licensed casino's and all the other licensing we need (Look at the image down below to see a sketch I made a while ago with the documents I believe we require) We will set up an Anonymous Society in Costa Rica. This means that we have a business that can have as many shareholders as we want, we don't have to pay any taxes what so ever, we don't have to discuss or show our accounting to anyone. Pro's: -Easy to set up -Initial costs are not that large (Don't consider this a final number but I believe 15-25k would take care of the set up of the initial business) -No taxes -Maximum control of your business as long as you own 51%+ of the company stock Cons: -We can't have any servers running in Costa Rica -We can't accept any clients from Costa Rica Furthermore we found a number of casino licenses (Or actually "gaming licenses" as they call it in Costa Rica) for just ~$20.000,- (I'm not 100% sure yet if this is annual, but I expect it is) Carlos doesn't agree with my choice to change the name of the business, but I guess he will understand over time. We're dealing with a lot of problems with the current one: -Poisoned legacy -Missing accounting from over 3,5 years -Performing lots of illegitimate practices in the past Here's an image which I never expected to share on the forum while I drew it, so ignore the hand writing. This is the structure I came up with which we are now pursuing. Advertising bought by advertisers seeking exposure/clients. Paidverts uses a point system called "Bonus ad points" that allow users to get a bigger reward for every ad they watch. What licensing do we think we need for this business? -KYC -???? This needs further investigation/work from your end. CoinFlip Evolved Has/is: A freemium (Free to play) game with ingame purchases What licensing do we think we need for this business? I don't think we need any licensing for this business, other than being a tax registered shop. But this needs further investigation from your end. Sumo Roll: Has/is: A hybrid between a freemium (free to play) app and a faucet. It allows people to earn bitcoins by playing a game. What licensing do we think we need for this business? I don't think we need any licensing for this business. But this needs further investigation from your end. Furthermore i'm adding some photo's to this email of what I think the structure looks like. To sum up all the licensing we think we need: -A/multiple casino licenses -Licensing to be able to accept and hold KYC-documents -A license that allows us to take investments from regular people -A license that allows us to give users an on-site balance (Probably a banking license is required here) -Shares being backed up by an actual stake in the business/Anonymous society -A license for having an on-site share market -MSB for BMF And we need to be registered in an off shore country to prohibit most/all tax-requirements any "normal" country would bill us. -- The moment we have all of our licensing pending we will make a new project on our funding page to build the all round casino, with casino license costs included. I want it to be very, very original and memorable and therefore I tried several random names and tried to buy url's for it. None of them were successful thus far as I have been mainly trying to buy 4 and 5 letter domains, which are either unavailable or unaffordable. 2 of them were totally original, the names don't mean anything at all, it would be a brand new name, but they were unaffordable. A 3rd one I came up with, which was quite catchy was "Eggs.com" and the slogan would be "Where you will find yourself multiple baskets" as investors always speak about not putting all of your eggs in 1 basket, but we offer multiple. But the owner of the URL never got back to me, not even after offering a $1000. -- The moment we would make the new business we would give people 30 days to transfer their current RP's for stock in the new business or to sell the current RP's to people who are interested in making the transfer (We would obviously email people a few times before this deadline expires) The new business will not be available to everyone, as we will most likely go back from 500 million to 500 thousand-1 million shares. (Future splits will follow once it makes sense for the business' valuation) This is the plan we have as of now. Time will tell how long this will take, but one thing is certain.. The quicker we turn good profits and pay off the fast track queue, the quicker we can "advance to the next level of business". All we're asking is for you to trust us. Recently many of you came to the conclusion that we were honest all along and we simply had to go through a dip in order to grow in a later stage. The fact that we are aiming to build a new business and give you a part of the stock shows that we have been honest all along. Many of you consider the current RP's to be "fake stock" and in a way that is true.. We could simply pay off the FTQ and at that point we wouldn't owe anyone a single thing as the RP's are backed up by nothing (yet). But this has NEVER BEEN OUR INTENTION! Let's team up, try to double or even triple our current revenues in a short period of time and work towards the goals we have in mind. The moment we are debt free and we have the required licensing for all of the elements of our business is the moment that our shareholders will start earning those "crazy long term returns" we have been talking about. -- We have now earned over $1.000.000,- since 16/11/2015, which is when I took over accounting. Most of these funds were earned through real sources of income, although a part of it is still from the "Fast Track Queue-era". PlayPerfectMoneyGames earned over $100.000,- thus far. We expect PlayBitcoinGames, Sumo Roll and Warclicks to all become better earners than PlayPerfectMoneyGames in the near future. With your help, we can do this! -- We now have over 20.000 users on CoinFlip Evolved! A game we launched on the 13th of January, with no marketing budget spent so far (Other than a small amount spent on an email and a few log in ads on Paidverts) is rapidly growing! We are about to add a lot of improvements and new purchases during the next few weeks/months, this should set it up for a good retention rate and a growing memberbase over time. To name a few: -Clarify the way rankings are shown to users -New backgrounds -Remove the current notifications currently shown in the top left corner -Change the chat as it shouldn't be a part of the graphics, but rather a fixed popup window that you can close. -The bottom interface with betting options, shop, free coins, achievements just became a mess as things were added and added onto the original UI, so all of this requires a change. -If we want to add more/bigger animations - i.e. things like a "robot in a tank" then the robot animation & coins are currently too big for the game so we will make changes there as well -More minigames -- Once the new PlayBitcoinGames and Sumo Roll are launched our programmers will temporarily pick up the build of slot games again. This will enable us, the management, to focus on marketing our current products and the expansion/improvements of Warclicks, Sumo Roll and CoinFlip Evolved. Slots are severely lacking in our casino's, while they make up for the most profitability. -- Upcoming improvements/add ons/purchases we discussed for Sumo Roll: -A panic button The panic button will be available once per run and allows you to kill one enemy. In case you see an enemy which you are unable to dodge, you can quickly tap the "Panic button" and it will deal with your enemy. The idea is to make a funny looking button with a sumo that shouts. The moment you tap it the sumo screams or makes a roar or something similar. The way he kills your enemy we still have to decide upon. -Certain achievements to add elements of competition Purchases: -Additional panic button options per game (1,2,3 extra) -No ads -Doubled coin gain for X hours -10,20,50% less enemies (lifetime) -Different backgrounds -Skins/visual character changes -We are still debating a "triple jump"-option. For the current version we don't want to add too much "fuzz", the simplicity of the game adds a certain attractiveness to the game. We might make a "Sumo Roll 2"-version in the future which has a lot more functions/add ons etc. For example multiple levels, competitions and lots more. -- I had some time to write all of this up as I was wrapping up my tasks for today, as starting tomorrow i'm taking 5 days off. There is always plenty to write about, but the longer my posts are, the lower my expectations are that many people will read it in full. I just felt like giving you an update about most of our ongoing work behind the scenes as it shows you there's a lot more happening even during times when there is a lot of visible progress/a new product almost every week. I do realize that my target of $50.000,- profit of this month will most likely not happen unless MyMatrix turns into a booming success. I expected Sumo Roll, PBG and MyMatrix to be running a lot sooner. This doesn't take away the fact that we are on our way and that the month after this one it might be a goal we realize. Splits/reverse splits are really meaningless in the overall scheme of things. But the fact that your stock will hold actual value and is part of a fully licensed business with so much more options in terms of marketing, hiring and all the rest, means that your stock will be worth a whole lot more overnight. On top of that you have the fact that there will be a huge buying frenzy as everyone will want to get to 500-1000 share-numbers to make the transfer to the new business. AND, RP's were the one constant that never got touched. Can you elaborate a bit further on how our RP and BAP will be involved in the restart? I know the FTQ will have been paid off and I'm quite positive that cash balances won't be touched (just moved or force cashouts, latter my guess, but could be used to buy up orphaned "stakes". You mention something about exchanging them for stakes or selling them to someone who will (in under 30days) will have to exchange them for stakes. Does this mean that it's 1-1 deal, and thus while we won't probably hit 500mil, we will have 300mil+ (site/Admin/long term holders). I assume that if we are verified now, we have met KYC requirements, right? Only ones we will lose is those who refuse to verify and those long gone. I do suggest keeping an excel of all basic account details of anyone who didn't make the switch, and still have balances (cash/RP/referrals). This it to keep the s word far enough at bay. Maybe if you told us what you think is best of how you plan on handling your balances (RP, namely), that will help me (us) understand what to do. Right now this is still in the planning and building stages what Marc posted today is the first update on it as we go forward more details will come out about how the RP will transfer over and all the other little details you all are wondering about. I think it a major step in the right way for Marc to be doing this. It is a very good step, but it can also be dangerous if something doesn't happen as expected. I know you know what you're doing but, still, it's just a suggestion. A survey would be good for knowing if people are confident, if they understand about how things would change, if they are ready and if available information about the topic is clear, etc.. I have more less 415k shares now with a total of 500M, 500M/500 = 1M shares. I will have 415k/500 = 830 shares? Is that correct?
