PayPal confirmed to me today that they have resolved my 2 disputes. The entire money will be refunded to me in about 5 business days.Thanks very much for PayPal!

coinwallet are responsible for spamming the blockchain earlier. also, there's no public info on them. treat them like you would treat a Ponzi.
