It's been full 3 days and 3 hours since i sent the transaction details and no reply since. I'm not trying to complain or accuse anyone here, i'm just asking for a lil bit of helping hand. First of all, i didn't deposit with skrill just out of the blue. I sent a ticket asking if it's available (as soon as slosumo have mentioned it). After 14 hours the support team confirmed it and told me to sent them the transaction details. That's exactly what i did, just 4 hours after that last reply. These are the details: *I skipped some details in order not to cause havoc for the support team in case someone decided to deposit without asking first. Like i said, i'm not complaining, even in my previous posts i was just trying to get some help/answers. I was also super nice, not wanting to open additional tickets (i didn't know it's not possible at that moment) - that's why i waited 18 hours before i even asked Catt if replying in the same ticket is enough, or if i should open a new one. So anyway, my fear is that my ticket is somehow overlooked (not intentionally) and i won't receive my money in my account before the swap (which is exactly why i invested, cause i need them now, and NOT after the swap). That means i only have these next 24 hours (48 maybe), so any additional patience might render my deposit as useless. So please, Catt, Slosumo, or whoever else might be able to help, please have some understanding and resolve this status-quo. After slosumo explained the reason for the delay, i feel a little bit calmer. It costs me tho, i'll get at least 150 shares less than planned, and that is if i get the money very soon. Who knows what will the damage be if i don't... It's funny, you'd think that someone would have warned us that that particular programer is about to go on a holiday and there would be a delay, instead of encouraging us to deposit straight away.
