Depends on the processor you are cashing out with.

BTC has the highest at $10...last I knew.

And others have a per transaction cost that make it not worthwhile to cashout near $0.25 (and even one at $1) a couple others only have %.

In fact, they don't even show that BTC min is $10, so I'm not sure what the others are.

Everyone is only allowed one account.

There was a time years ago that some had multiple MTV accounts, but they were given time to have their accounts merged.

Ever since then, and even before for PV, only one account per user is allowed.

If you have multiple accounts, yes you are in violation of the TOS that you agreed to upon joining.
This is irregardless of cashing out or not, you were just caught upon cashing out.

There's probably at least 10 easy identifiable factors for multi accounts we typically see. Giving the details out would only help those who multi account better at hiding.

You're talking now about your accounts (in plural, so it seems that you have many of them) and how to protect them, but in your previous message you ask:

So, a simple question, do you have more than one account? If your answer is yes, then it's a multi account and all of them should be banned!
