I`m personally much more considered about ZERO referral commission credited to balance for today ....then about my campaign still having 0 impressions and clicks, but that`s just me.I finally got a ref that decides to advertise and the same day we get this error...that`s my luck

Are there issues receiving the cashout email?I didn't get any new cashout requests for about 6 hours, which is odd.

jago, that ref issue(s) have been mentioned and replied to in the latest news topic, and yes that needs fixing as well.BTW, my 1 ref member did in fact get their group ads (not quite time for them to do the work to claim them) and even a few hours later was sent an instant ad:
Still, for some reason, hits aren't being sent nor hits that did get sent showing up..I still have my bookmarks with the same amount of hits left (aka 3 when I bookmarked, 3 still now, and surely seems like enough were sent in group ads for 3, not hundreds like normal 1st day back from weekend but under 50 is 1st 15min stuff), and new campaigns are not getting any hits even sent (no instants)...heck even no banner views. OK, here is the time when it occurred: BA-6280166 See it got the 33/50 instant sent, but only 3 have been claimed, acording to the counter. So, something wrong with the counters then? Cause, that shows counter stopped b4 Group ads were sent, but yet my ref got an instant a few hours past Group Ads...8hrs later than the counter stopping.

druth8xthe issue(s) with ref com were NOT addressed to specifically at all...and I feel the need to mention them again because people don`t even notice they`re not receiving them... Even the support staff doesn`t seem to see the problem. I sent a ticket this morning and now I got an answer that everything is OK. LOL! They even sent me the link to see my own history...The problem is they didn`t even bother to notice that the balances on the right side.....are all the same the whole damn day... You may not have refs so it`s not a biggie for you maybe ...to me it is crucial....

For me exactly the same Jago but Marc said in the last daily news Pavel will look into it tonight .So i hope it will be fixed soon and we wil get the commissions we have missed today .

I can now confirm that my ref is able to claim group ads...they do the biggest and then come back later for the rest (if they remember/in time b4 they expire):
The balance on top was still $5.14482 and not $5.14517 when I started doing a couple more Group ads. And, yes, I didn't end up getting credit for those (nor earlier in the day, b4 group ads were sent).
jago, ref commission IS a big deal, I did not mean to imply otherwise.

Also, instant ads were being sent, and many smaller campaigns are completed, save for the banners which are just now getting views.Also, the "100+" bookmarks of campaigns I had for the long weekend all but 2 were completed, many with a couple thousand extra hits (like normal), larger campaigns less so. Also, while I can't confirm, I think 1% ads were sent as based on my past analysis of how campaigns get hits, sure looks it.

Yes, we're working on it in the middle of the night, it's 3 am for both the programmer and me  Cashout emails being sent again, php errors fixed, daily result closed and new one opened. Can anyone confirm if you're getting refcom like you should?

I can confirm ref comm for each instance (not saved up). Though no backdated ref com or am I not doing my math correctly? I even got an ad minutes ago and just claimed it, not sure if recycle or instant (if instant, not new campaign):
And, yes, AG/CG aka 20 spots 1BAP each has not reset.

i have a problem with keno and apsplayed it about 10 times and it always shows 0 plays and i get no aps and also with Play at least 30 different games i am stuck at 26, but i played them all

Have you tried Opera and a refresh or two?And, I guess no AG clicks given out today for the advertisers, hopefully just like sys stats, once the server resets for a new day, we will get it to show up like normal.

Something`s wrong with the balances again...my balance actually got reduced while I was away for the last couple of hours...not by much...but still....and with no visible trace ...in history showing 1 thing and on actual balance another...and the third amount when I left LOL.I guess there is work in progress and we might expect similar things like this to pop up... |
