Hello. Sorry to write here, but maybe this way someone will take notice of issues paidverts has.I have not been on MTV recently so dont know if this is well known issue. Basically my two purchases via neteller are missing, purchases of fixed bap ads. Its about $50 in value. Today tried purchasing with bitcoins too, think that will not be added too, even if the transaction went throw and I see it in my ads list, but it is not in system, as I can bet on the same ad space without any issues and it starts just from $1 even if few minutes ago I bet $2 on that space. But that is nothing compared to no response from support. After submitting support ticket I got reply that it is forwarded to different department, and from then on nothing. I am waiting just few days, but even if that is not normally for a respectful company, what MTV makes of them self, it is even worse case for some other members as I have seen if forum who are waiting response for more then a month with their purchase or deposit missing. How to call that, you tell me... Please do sort out your communication with clients issue and do it as fast as possible, if there is no finances for additional support staff then start making some changes in existing one. Really guys, do something because its been a long time now when MTV is known for worst support ever.

I can agree that Jo era support had better support but ponzy era often means a lot of new funds with lot of ponzy promises, thats why it was profitable on that part in past. This era has more sustainable product and that often means harder road but in the end will be long road profitable project.I had same answer on different aspect of problem, but still I believe they will solve it. I do not want to think about part where I got not answer on where is my money? That would be something totally new from MTV-PV because I never ever had such problems with them, so yes I still do believe they will solve it. They did not answer on some product new ideas tickets, but on problem tickets they always did, so I still believe they do that part professional way.

Ok, it seems, there is always first time for all, I dont say I am not wrong, but after I see that I can not open even my history tab I can say I just lost 9 $ on MTV-PV and they do not even try to reply to me after 2 weeks and respond that someone from different department will answer.From my past experience that someone will mostly not reply. I am almost 99 % sure I lost mine money. Could be I invested less and purchased 10 $ investment and I am wrong, but I am not so sure. I can not access my history anymore, and that causes some doubts in me. I will not purchase anything further in deposits, also will starting to cashout part of my money same as in Jo's era, sadly to say that. Its not about those 9 $, its how they are solving that case. I just dont like it, and God knows I deserved better. Was always supportive towards them since I returned, anyway, one experience I did not have so far in MTV-PV. Hope your case is solved. All best. Not yet, but I am still hoping for solution, already more then a week after I submitted transaction proofs.Same here. I really would like to buy adverts on paidverts, but I will not just because of principle, I have purchased for about 50usd already and it is gone, no ads no money. I could just try again, but for the simple fact that my previous case is not solved after so long, I will not. Sad not for the money, but situation...

I am so sorry you are experiencing issues, esp with money related problems.Unfortunately the crew is very small, esp with money related. Soon they will be training someone on money related b/c they agree this is unacceptable. Right now it's just a one man crew, and he is busy with 1000 (and I'm not overstating it) things.

In mine case was my mistake, combining with wrong notification status that still stating "pending". Sorry for issues. Hope rest will be solved also.

My issue was finally sorted. Thank you MTV team.Sorry I have brought it to forum, but it is needed to bring those issues to management attention and push a little to find solution about pending tickets faster. I have seen it will be sorted soon, but it already had to be sorted long time ago. No bad feeling MTV staff, we, older members, just want everything to work for you as this will be good for us too.
