Jo, how many times do I have to reply before you are going to resolve my missing BAP issue?

I created a support ticket 14 days ago, and every time I receive an auto reply (5th time now!).

I lost 38820 BAP due to the server issues, and you promised to compensate those who lost BAP.

What should I do to get your attention? I am sure another reply isn't going to help.

I received 6 automated replies and my support ticket was created 17 days before I received the compensation. The support system is not great at the moment, so hopefully some improvements will be made in the future.

Open your old support ticket again and Jo will answer it.

I realise you must be work stress, but what will happen when Jo implements compulsory 30 second viewing...this will mean clickers must views ads!

@inditech: Yes, you are very intuitive indeed...I have a lot of work stress but I can't afford to change jobs.

If we are forced to watch ads then it doesn't bode well for me, but these are my possibilities:
1) Quit PaidVerts, which I do not want to do.
2) Stop clicking ads on PaidVerts and just rely on direct referral commission. I am not as good as other people finding direct referrals, but I can work on it.
3) Apply the ad filter so that I don't have so many ads to click, but my earnings will be much slower.
4) Ask someone to click ads for me, but I don't believe anyone would do that for me.

I assume you have a lot of BAP looking at your Proven Traffic Value. When I upgraded to the Mini User Upgrade, I had, for example, 80+ ads to click for the day...it was truly exhausting to click so many ads...yes, I made a profit from the upgrade, but I won't upgrade again because there are just too many ads for me to click (though I did not miss a single ad when I was upgraded). Now if I had hundreds and thousands of BAP, I will assume ads will be even more. I remember a huge investor saying he/she had 150+ ads to click on the Super User Upgrade...imagine being forced to watch 150+ ads for 30 seconds each. No way!

If forced ad views are implemented, then the 30-second timer should be reduced to 5 or 10 seconds.

Do you know if Jo is going to implement forced ad viewing? Is it confirmed?

With a "smartphone" when support is added you can soon to do the work at the same time, or you could use 2 screens with dual desktop....

point is that ADs should be viewed so the best way should be to implement a way to set the timezone when ad will be delivered, we all have different timezones so it is a must to have some sort of control of the time if we want people to stay and grow the userbase

doing PV at job may not be popular for the chief
