It must have taken some time to write it. So I got most of it. The changes sound positive, the reasons not so much. We are growing but we need to get that spending under control. Did you say we were spending 15% per month to our financiers? This is pretty steep. I think maybe your next project should be to get some cheaper funding via the banks or possibly an angel investor. Maybe if this was the first time I witnessed it, I would say it is just a coincidence. But I have seen them always do such actions just before a swap so they always have the advantage.  My big question is that you knew that MTV was in debt for several months already. So why did you wait this long to do the swap? You could've done the swap several months earlier and by now we would've been over that, but instead you wait until now to do this. Another important thing: you know the current MTV model will always lead to swaps. So how are you planning to to restructure MTV so that swaps are no longer necessary? The more swaps you do, the less everyone will trust you. People will always remember you did this swap and will think you are no different than Jo.  However it is a good thing that you are trying to do something about a bad situation instead of giving up and quitting and I respect that.
