Waiting 14 days and still no reply to my support ticket. I must say, I'm very disappointed. It's funny to me, that the management is promoting all this events (that's the reason why I've deposited my money) and on the other hand, they don't resolve the deposit issue ASAP. But I've learned my lesson. That is the last time I'm depositing to PTCShare. I've just not had any time, between getting sick, sorting other priority things, and then when they were going to get sorted finally, PV attacks happened, and my plans for a week+ got completely disrupted.
