Regarding the issue with competition results - if the results were correctly displayed it would entice even more competition/purchases, as people would keep fighting for the top places. So if anything, this made the promo less effective.

Please understand this is the first time we are running this competition, and with new additions issues can happen. Unfortunately we do not have full time programmer available for this, or can spend X extra hours to test every new feature properly, as that would quickly skyrocket our costs. It's not ideal for sure, and is annoying for the users, but it is what it is - it does cause issues with new features here and there.

Speaking generally, some had an issue because of this, some didn't, and some benefited. So it's always hard to generalize a "fit all solution", because in such situation someone would also benefit more compared to someone else.

As always, we're happy to review case by case issues if anyone thought they were mislead like this and make it right for you manually - if I understand correctly, you were ought to win 40k BAP, before results were fixed?

I hope you take this like a constructive criticism. I know you work hard and you are dedicated to this platform and I respect that. I also know people make mistakes and you can't predict everything. I don't know when you found out about these problems, but you could simply place a message on top of the leaderboard, that list is not portraying correct results or something like that. PV would be protected and users would be informed.

That is what pisses me off. I invested a lot of money and even more of my time in this platform and I would like to see it flourish. This kind of things makes a bad reputation among users. I lost a lot of referrals due to this kind of mistakes, that could be avoided by a simply message.

I don't need anything from you, I just want to prevent this kind of mistakes happen in the future.

I've just added the BAP difference to both of you.

And no worries, it's taken as constructive, I know you want the best for the sites. You have all the reason to be annoyed by such issues.

Believe me, we are too - but at the same time we have many unexpected things to deal with. Being able to take care of every such single issue "properly" comes with an attached cost - direct or indirect. These things don't happen at perfect times for us, but can be scattered all around the day, way past our "work times", or they can cause us too way to often "task switch", which would make our work time far less efficient. You can imagine sometimes when such random issues pop up we can't always deal with it properly - because it takes extra time, during a time of day even a few extra minutes can be too much, to say, put up an announcement.

Also sometimes, these issues can appear they'll be sorted in a few minutes, but then due to not having full time stuff in every role, can delay a simple issue unexpectedly for hours.

That said, we do take note of such criticism, to try to do better next time/in more cases. But to be realistic here, it won't always be possible.

I am a patient person, but I am waiting on a reply to my support ticket since March 13th, that is more than 2 months. I am affraid to reply in ticket, because that seems to move the ticket to the "end of the stack" again and the "Time since last reply" get's reset...

After long time i tryed again super user upgrade and i am surprised that after 7 days expires, even if you didn't earned the amount paid in the first place. Is this how it works or is just a bug? In ptcshare.

That´s how it works in PtcShare.
In Paidverts it´s active for as long as you need to profit.

Just a quick question.

I am bringing in 5 or so referrals per day to PV and have been doing this for a while now. This is costing me a good chunk of money which I hoped to make some back in the referral bonus. Today I looked and see that I have zero referrals that have viewed 100 ads. Is this even possible or is there maybe a glitch in the counting system somewhere?

Page: 1, 2, 3, 4, ... , 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, ... , 106, 107, 108
