I think he does have a point there to set a maximum amount you can receive over time. I've personally bought ads using my internal balance, the newly-deposited external funds and directly via an external payment processor - and it's only the latter that wasn't properly added to the contest leader-board. But it was even more successful because of untransperent list and decepcion. Let me explain my point of view. For me and my needs, bulk ads are inefficient advertising. So if I want to advertise something, I always use others options at PaidVerts that are way more efficient for me. I buy bulk ads solely because of BAP.....it is a business for me. So I always wait for the promotion where I get 25% extra BAP. When I saw the wrong list, where for $44 I get 40.000 BAP, it was a good deal for me. So I've deposited $50 and bought bulk ads 30 seconds before midnight. And I've finished in the last place, winning 40.000 BAP. At least that's what I thought. If I knew the correct list, where you would need to spend $100 to get 40.000 BAP, I would never bought bulk ads. In conclusion: If I would buy those bulk ads when there is a promotion, I would get 50 * 600 BAP= 30.000 BAP extra. So in my point of view, I was cheated for 30.000 BAP because of untransperent list. And I know I'm not the only one, because 5 minutes until midnight, a lot of people were buying bulk ads and I'm sure they were not buying them for advertising.
